Our Clip-n-Snip Spay & Neuter program was started January 1, 2024 and still going strong. We continue to offer to low-income pet owners, that reside in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties, a voucher to help with the cost to Spay or Neuter their cat or dog. And, if needed, we will also cover a Rabies Vaccine. Vouchers are valued at $35 for both cats or dogs, with a maximum of two pets per year. Services are provided by PetFix Northeast Ohio, in Euclid.
To qualify for the voucher program, your gross income (before taxes) must not exceed the amounts listed below for the size of family that you have.
You will be required to submit one of the following documents showing proof of income for all adults living within the household:

Most recent tax return

Last 2 pay stubs

Documentation verifying low-income assistance from a federal, state, or other program
Submitting this form does not guarantee approval of a voucher.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
