We provide a one-month supply of food. We reserve the right to make exceptions based on individual need. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances. Individuals with a permanent, serious disability may be eligible for continued support (after verification of need). Documented service pets in need of assistance may be eligible for continued support (after verification of need and service pet status). All exceptions are on a case-by-case basis and may require a home inspection, medical and financial documentation, and may require veterinary recommendation.
We provide assistance for pets that are spayed or neutered only. If you cannot provide verification that your pet has been spayed or neutered within three (3) months of receiving food or supply assistance, we reserve the right to terminate assistance. We can refer to low cost spay and neuter clinics. We are unable to provide food assistance to breeders, as we do not believe in pet over populating.
